福江 等（ふくえ ひとし）牧師と、満子（みつこ）夫人。二人はアメリカ・ボストン・フィリピンで学び、教え、そして高知に帰ってきました。
昭和22年生まれ。上智大学英文科に学び、アメリカ・ノースウェストナザレン大学に留学中、キリストに出会い、神学部に転向。卒業後、アメリカ・カンザス市のナザレン神学校にて神学修士号を修了。帰国後、故郷である四国高知にて開拓伝道を始め、高知教会を設立。その後、ボストン大学にて大学院課程を修了。再び高知教会を牧会し、さらに東京、千葉にて牧会したのち、フィリピン・マニラにあるアジア・パシフィック・ナザレン神学大学院にて神学およびキリスト教倫理学を教える。同校の学長を務め、2007年に帰国。現在、高知加賀野井キリスト教会の牧師として毎週説教をしている。
趣味はテニス、水彩画、木工、読書。
Born in 1947 in Kagawa Prefecture, Paul Fukue studied at Sophia University and later went to Northwest Nazarene University in the U.S.A. There he met the Lord Jesus Christ and became His follower. He began studying the Bible and continued at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. After finishing his Master of Divinity he returned to Japan and began pioneering a church in his hometown, Kochi City. He and his wife established Kochi Kaganoi Christian Church in 1978, and built the church sanctuary and parsonage at the present location.
Paul then continued his theological studies at Boston University in Massachusetts and completed his doctoral degree. He came back again to his original church in Kochi and pastored it for some more time. He was called to be a pastor of a large church in Tokyo and Chiba from 1994 until 2001, and was then called to teach at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in Manila, Philippines. He later served there as president of the seminary until 2007. He and his wife, Mitsuko, came back again to Kochi Kaganoi Christian Church and are serving the congregation at the present time.
昭和23年生まれ。四国学院大学英文科に学び、アメリカ・ノースウェストナザレン大学に留学、カンザス州ミッドアメリカナザレン大学卒業。帰国後、夫と共に高知教会を設立。後にボストン大学に留学し、異文化間コミュニケーションおよびバイリンガル教育にて修士号を取得。国際基督教大学にて博士課程を修了。大学非常勤講師を経て、フィリピン・マニラ市のアジア・パシフィックナザレン神学大学院にて助教授として異文化間コミュニケーションおよびクリスチャン・カウンセリングを教える。現在、夫と共に教会を支える傍ら、いくつかの教育機関で非常勤講師をしている。
Born in 1948 in Kagawa Prefecture, Mitsuko studied at Shikoku Christian University, later went to Northwest Nazarene University and studied together with Paul Fukue there. They were married and went to Kansas City, Missouri, for her to study at Mid-America Nazarene University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She came back to Japan with her husband and built Kochi Kaganoi Christian Church together.
She later studied at Boston University School of Education, majoring in Bilingual Education and Cross Cultural Studies, and finished her Master of Arts with honors. She then studied at International Christian University in Tokyo in the field of Cross Cultural Studies in the Ph.D. program. She has taught at various universities, and later went to Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary as an assistant professor, teaching Cross Cultural Understanding and Interpersonal Relationships. She now teaches at Kochi University Medical School and other schools as a part-time professor.
